Student Success

At JTD, our dedicated and talented faculty is committed to delivering an educational experience that supports the diverse needs of each student through a variety of instructional strategies and approaches. To ensure students receive the most effective support, faculty regularly partner with the Student Success Team (SST).
The Student Success Team (SST) is a collaborative team consisting of the Learning Specialists, School Counselor, School Nurse, and administrators. This multifaceted approach provides a structured forum for educators and specialists to share strategies, set goals, monitor progress, and design tailored support for students with unique academic and/or social-emotional strengths and needs.
Student Success
We are committed to every student’s success—across all levels of learning and development. Our goals are as follows:
  • Provide universal support within a Multi- Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Deliver equitable, targeted support and individualized guidance through the SST process to ensure every student thrives.
  • Foster individual excellence and cultivate a supportive school community through consultation, collaboration, and counseling that honors each student’s unique strengths and needs.
